The number one concern expressed in the Annual PRO survey was:
     Trash Implemented Recycling Composting / Reduction in Trash Services

Second:  Access to Public Transit (Proposed SFMTA Muni Service Reductions to the M-K and 17-Parkmerced)

Third:  Enforcement of Noise and Security Issues  (Ex: addressing break-ins, quiet hours, and vandalism)

Fourth:   Renovating the existing garden units as a sustainable alternative to demolition.

Fifth:  Maintenance / Upkeep of property grounds, buildings, and community shared areas for resident use.

Sixth:  Preservation of the Landscape Design at Parkmerced

Tied in Seventh:
     Parking Conditions and Markings of disabled/red zones, and striping on Site
     Open-Space / retention and usable [hard paved / soft green] landscaped area
     as residential amenities.
     Senior/Student/Family facilities on site, and the need to provide a community building area, exclusively
     for resident/tenant use.
     Lack of garbage receptacles on site for general refuse collection.
     Providing alternative(s) to the proposed Parkmerced “vision” plan
     Utilizing the Cambon Commercial Zoned area as the central “commercial core” of Parkmerced
     
Eighth:  Children’s Playgrounds, providing new equipment, and protecting the installed work.

Tied in Ninth:
     Locating the proposed (3) new transit Muni stops inside/through Parkmerced as proposed.
     Demolishing the existing garden units to promote new housing, infrastructure, amenities, and technology on-
site.
