Awards Banquet. Under the leadership of Lopez and Miller, the first Neighborhood Watch was
formed by Mogan, Lefkovits, Bithorn, and Olson.
All Parkmerced residents are encouraged to proceed in forming neighborhood watch
groups to help keep Parkmerced one of San Francisco's most idyllic places to live. To join or
