An alert for Muni Route 17 Riders
Currently the MUNI 17 bus is not picking up passengers at 100 Font
Boulevard, 150 Font Boulevard. The stop to use to get off the 17 bus is
Cambon Drive at Font Boulevard, which is immediately after the stop at
Cambon Drive and Castello Ave (across the street from Park Plaza Fine
Foods). The same applies for residents in the Chumasero Drive Towers.
Currently the 17 bus enter Parkmerced from Holloway Avenue and turns onto
Varela then proceeds around Crespi Circle to its regular route until reaches
Cambon Drive and Font Boulevard where it turns West onto Font to follow its
usual route through Parkmerced.
PLEAS NOTE: As of December 5, 2009, the last 17 leaves West Portal at 11
PM, and the last 17 Bus leaves Parkmerced at 11:20 PM. In accordance with
MUNI the final bus will leave from Arballo Drive and Acevedo Avenue.
Further updates will be made as work progresses of the San Andreas Pipeline
construction.
