NEW BUSINESS
A. Goodman – noted attending the recent San Francisco Board of Supervisors--Land-Use Committee
Hearing on the Academy of Art Housing Impacts and noting the concerns regarding the San Francisco
State University/California State University (SFSU/CSU) and the impact on neighborhood rental housing
stock for our district. A memo was also sent on behalf of The PRO in response to the SFSU/CSU full page
ad in the SF Chronicle soliciting financial support for ongoing programs, and development which directly
impacts our community per the SFSU Masterplan. The legislation by supervisor Eric Mar on tenant eviction
protections for families with children will be under upcoming meeting information in addition to a new item
on landscape “green” practices will be at the land-use committee shortly.
Motion per request of Documentation of the Modern Movement (DOCOMOMO) to submit a formal memo
from PRO Board support to recognize Parkmerced under the National Trust for Historic Preservation’s 11
Most Endangered Sites for 2010. MOVED by Aaron Goodman, SECOND by Daniel W. Phillips VOTE:

Motion to approve the reimbursement form submitted by Jim Coppfer who bought a new printer when the
