| Preparations were made for the General Membership meeting on February 23, 2008, 2 PM at 77 Cambon Drive. Because there was no quorum no other business was conducted. Member present: Jim Coppfer, Aaron Goodman, Michele Miller, Daniel W. Phillips, and Earl Somers. Members absent: Terence John Faulkner, Annamarie Hewsom, Cathy Lentz, Linh Ngoc Le, Jean Moore Woods, Robert Pender, Susan Spector, Healani Ting, and Lora Traveler.
