When the University Police Department (UPD) is summoned by a complaint and the investigators
determine that a student or students are involved, the following citation is issued:
University Officials will determine when further disciplinary action is needed.

In addition to these measures all new students beginning Fall 2007 will be required to take an
on-line course regarding conduct on and off campus, and the resulting disciplinary actions.
