SECTION 2: Annual Report
(a) The organization shall compile an annual report in compliance with
state and federal rules and regulations.
(b) Such annual report shall be compiled no later than December 31 of
each fiscal year.
(c) Copies of the annual report will be made available to PRO members
upon written request to the Board of Directors.
(d) Contents of the annual report shall include but not be limited to
the following types of information: total membership, financial
statements including audit and indemnification statements and a summary
of organizational activity for that fiscal year.
ARTICLE VIII
AMENDMENT TO THE BY-LAWS
SECTION 1: Procedure
(a) The By-Laws of the PRO may be amended from time to time upon
recommendation from the Board of Directors to PRO membership.
(b) Such recommendation shall be submitted in writing to PRO members at
least thirty (30) days in advance of a regular membership meeting.
(c) Such recommendation from the Board of Directors shall set forth the
By-Law to be changed, the proposed amendment and a short explanation.
(d) Action on the proposed amendment by vote of the membership shall
occur at the first regular membership meeting scheduled following the
thirty (30) day notice given to PRO members.
(e) The amendment shall be adopted upon a majority vote of PRO members
in attendance at the regular membership meeting where the proposed
amendment is presented.
