(e) To gather data and prepare recommendations on how to solve resident
problems and to present such a report to the Board on at least a
quarterly basis.
(f) To submit an annual budget request to the Board in December of each
year for funds needed to address resident concerns.
(g) To serve as appointed by the President to represent PRO interests to
other tenant/resident organizations.
SECTION 6: Communications Committee
The duties of the Communications Committee shall include:
(a) To produce a newsletter for tenants on at least a quarterly basis.
(b) To supervise and direct the content and focus of the newsletter.
(c) To develop and submit an annual budget proposal to cover such
newsletter production to the Board each December.
(d) To handle general communication projects with the members as
directed by the Board.

The duties of the Social Committee shall include:
(a) To plan and supervise at least two social events each year for PRO
members.
(b) To develop and present a program and budget proposal to the Board
each December.
(c) To be responsible for coordinating refreshments at the general
membership meetings.
